For the past few years, the DuPage County Building & Construction Trades Council has sponsored the DuPage County Trade Apprenticeship Expo at PowerForward DuPage. CISCO (Construction Industry Service Corporation) co-sponsors the popular event, which encourages high-school students and post-graduates from the area to explore a career with the building trades. This year’s expo was held on Wednesday, November 1st with close to 500 in attendance!

“This is our annual opportunity to open the doors and invite students, parents, guidance counselors, and teachers in to learn what each trade is about and more importantly, outline the career potential that exists outside of the traditional collegiate path,” said PowerForward DuPage Executive Director Karyn Charvat.
